suspects caught, breaking news from baltimore county. >> >> the police solved the deadly attempted robbery at the gas station. minutes ago, we spoke to a friend of the victim. he expressed shock that four were arrested today. >> reporter: an attempted robbery monday at this hess gas stations in towson left this 49- year-old dead. and four arrests are made in the case. >> they've made four arrests in the march 1st murder of william porter. >> reporter: he and his wife owned the station for 15 years, they had three children. >> he was as good as a person you'll ever meet. he was a devoted husband and a good guy.

>> we want to community to know, this was an isolated incident and when crimes happen like this, we do all we can, we mobilize the resources to investigate this crime and bring it to a conclusion quickly. >> reporter: now, the county police wouldn't release other information on the suspects at this time. his funeral is tonight at 8:00 in nottingham. the other big story, a massive water main break in baltimore county, it's in owings mills and it's leaving tens of thousands of households high and dry tonight. we're live on this story. public works officials have now located the frozen pipe. >> reporter: this is a huge break, it started at 3:00 a.m. and it won't be fixed until tomorrow. water's running in the streets and the streams are flowing above normal levels and the

well, it was packed! as it should be. it was beautiful and the thing is, we'll hang on to the weather for longer. we torpid out at 52-degree -- we topped out at 52 degrees and we're above the average, that's up to 50 and we weren't that far off of it. and coming in now, 49 degrees in baltimore and a lot of people in the 40s and 50 in d.c. we want to show you the winds out of the northwest. they're dying down and they'll be as much of a factor tomorrow and the temperatures are actually going up. the next storm is to the northwest and at the same one, it's getting into california and not much going on ahead of that. high pressure is dominating the area and the forecast for the next couple of days. with that high around, it's actually going to force this storm to continue weakening and this storm and we won't see much in affect from either of them. here's the high, it sinks down

to the south and this storm down to the west, it gets closer and fizzles out as it moves our way because of the high. it will bring us nice weather for the next couple of days and we don't have storm west're tracking and later on, we have storms coming our way, but it's rain. and the winds aren't going to be as high as today tomorrow. and tonight, below the averages and down to 25 degrees and tomorrow, we'll recover even more so than today. up to 57 degrees for the high under mostly sunny skies and looking at the next few days. temperatures in the 50s monday and tuesday, the clouds come back and wednesday, with the storm over california moving our way and that's going to take a few days to get here and a chance for rain thursday. >> that will be a nice change and the terps turning it around? >> yeah, they've been hot over the last three weeks and it
